What touchscreen phones are as responsive as Apple's?

as far as i know, iphones have resistive touchscreens. There are touchscreens out there that are capacitive, like mine, which are much more responsive with no need to press, just tap, but they only respond to flesh so a stylus isnt any good. Google n see.
