Are my parents being unreasonable?

I am 17, i'm doing sixth form studying as levels at a grammar school, and i am applying for/ being interviewed for weekend jobs, i have a girlfriend who i see everyday and i go out at least once a week with friends, in my life i have only ever been sick from drink at home twice. I feel like my parents are being unfair, they are very restrictive and i always have 11:30pm curfews, and if i am late i'm usually grounded for ages, recently my parents have been complaining that i'm using the house as a 'dosshouse' meaning i don't do anything around the house and treat it like a hotel, despite me doing all my own laundry, amongst other jobs and if i try to talk to my mum about it she always says i can just move out, except i can't because i have school, she also complains that i don't do enough to help and i should be paying rent, however when i try to get a job she says i need to go to my dads house at weekends. Am i being unreasonable or is she and what can i do to try to get her to change her ways?
