Wine or restrict? Wine every night and maintain or quit and go back to old ways?

I have had eating issues and anxiety for as long as I can remember and have used white wine as a way to cope with both. My question is this, if I drink 2-3 glasses of white wine every night spread out throughout the evening and accompanied by dinner/evening snacks, is it better to risk getting back to restrictive behavior and lose weight (which I always do when I quit) or continue doing what I'm doing. I have that type of personality where if I eat an apple, I eat one everyday at the same time, same thing with the wine, so it's either one or the other. Also, I feel a lot happier and more confident when I'm not drinking because I always lose weight and feel in control but tend to shy away from social functions on top of losing a few lbs. Currently I'm 5'6 1/2 and weigh 110 llbs. B-fast= slice of ezekiel, egg white omelette with veggies & salsa, Work snack= 11 almonds, Lunch= 1/2 grilled chicken breast, romaine w/carrots, tomatos/pepper & olive oil/vinegar, Lunch dessert= 1 piece of dark chocolate for dessert, Work snack= 1/2 apple, 25 pistashios, At home snack= whole wheat cracker sheet w/1 slice full fat swiss cheese & 1 glass wine, Dinner=Grilled fish, sauteed mixed veggies, brown rice, 1 glass wine, Dessert= 1/2 - 1 glass of wine, 3 almondonia cookies, 25 pistashios, Bedtime snack= fat free greek yogurt, water
