How do I edit the settings on my children's e-mail sub-accounts?

We have a primary yahoo e-mail account and have set up for our children sub accounts so they can have their own e-mail addresses. We set up out son's first and were able to set the parental controls to monitor exactly who he is e-mailing (he has to have our e-mailed permission to add anyone to his inbox and receive e-mails from them). When I later set up our daughter's account it didn't ask me any parental control questions and I can't figure out where to set them and make it more restrictive.
