I want to go on the Atkins diet but I don't understand the 4 phases?

Look at the Keto diet as I feel much simpler and works far better. Plus it is based around healthy fats more than saturates. I lost 2 stone in 2 months on it and kept most my muscle and women I did it out for went from UK size 20-14 in 3 months without exercise. Try fitday.com to work out calories and fat content etc.
