How long should you give your body as recovery after you have a baby?
My baby is due in September. Before I found out I was pregnant I had lost 30lbs and still had not gotten to my goal weight but was close. ANYWAY I was on a calorie restricted diet and jogging on the treadmill. How long after I have the baby should I go back to my calorie restrictive diet and work out routine. I heard for the first month after you have a baby if you try jogging it feels like all your lady parts will fall out (not literally of course). So I was thinking around the middle of October would be a good time to start back on my routine bc that gives me about six months until my birthday...which will be my goal for losing all my baby weight plus some. Is this okay?
