Considering how young you are, you really shouldn't be worrying so much about your weight. Most likely you'll grow a bit more and lose more body fat because of that. Don't worry about how much you eat, but rather what you eat. Eating healthy is one of the best things you can do for your body. And your exercise routine sounds good; maybe try doing more sports and outdoor activities and less indoor gym type workouts. Good luck, and have fun! :)
